It was an evening to cherish at the Gudie Leisure Farm white Hostel during the Inaugural Cooking Competition on Sunday 30th July 2023. The event that was organised by the Bistro Franchise Industry of Gudie Leisure Farm started at 12:00 PM.
In true Gudie Leisure Farm tradition, the cooking competition was about white meat cookery. The farm provided the teams with chicken, pork, fish and rabbit meat while they sourced for their own other secret recipes.

According to the organisers, this cooking competition is a fun way to enhance team work while promoting the different white meat, cookery methods. Four teams of three registered to take part as follows; The Blue Stars: Molly, Evalyne and Steven, The Pink Poets: Katy, Johan and Edmund, The Master Chefs: Bob, Victor and Brian and The Red stars: Bill, Robert and Steven.
According to the contest rules, all cooking was supposed to be done within 3 hours and time management was a key judging criteria. The teams prepared one dish of their choice of the meats provided.
Team Pink Poets showed enough meticulousness, uniqueness, and creativity to convince the judges that they were the best team of the day, with a total score of 85%. Congratulations team Pink Poets.
